                    Discussion on the comprehensive prevention of crimes against

                                 epidemic prevention and control measures

                 Abstract：The crime of resisting epidemic prevention and control measures is a general term for related
             crimes such as violating epidemic prevention and control regulations，breaking away from isolation treatment
             without authorization，seriously hindering the fight against epidemic situation，etc. Generally，it involves three
             crimes，namely，endangering public safety by dangerous methods，obstructing the prevention and control of
             infectious diseases and obstructing official duties. Relevant cases show that the main actors of this kind of crime
             have obvious characteristics of little subjective malice，generally low educational level and concentrated middle
             age group. On the basis of accurately grasping the characteristics of this kind of crime， we should
             comprehensively prevent this kind of crime by timely and accurately cracking down on crimes，improving
             information communication，enhancing publicity and education，providing comprehensive social security and
             upgrading supporting environment，so as to ensure the smooth development of epidemic prevention work and the
             stability of social order.
